HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at Harshay.Dukaan@gmail.com within 3 hours of placing your order. We regret that we cannot accommodate any changes or cancellations beyond that time frame.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please contact us at Harshay.Dukaan@gmail.com for further assistance.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?
While it is highly unlikely, if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please email Harshay.Dukaan@gmail.com with your order number, along with pictures of the item you received and the item you originally ordered. Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with a return.

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?
You may return only damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of receiving your shipment. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. For more comprehensive information, please refer to our Return Policy.

ARE THERE ANY RETURN CHARGES?
No, Harshay Dukaan will cover the return shipping charges. You will not be required to pay any additional fees for the return.
